Botánicapharma's new sunscreen line is composed of seven innovative formulas with next-generation filters that guarantee high protection with what we consider essential: a low environmental impact.
We have developed safe, effective sun care cosmetics that are both skin- and environmentally friendly. All 7 formulations are also 100% vegan.
The line stands out for its innovative combination of sunscreens, with three different types:
✺ Physical filters (minerals): They prevent solar radiation from penetrating the skin.
✺ Chemical (organic) filters: Responsible for absorbing radiation.
✺ Organo-mineral filters: They have a combined mechanism of action that reinforces protection.
They are also filters with an excellent toxicological profile. If you're wondering what this means exactly, it's that they have anbroad spectrum, they are photostable and highly effective. They protect the skin from solar radiation while respecting its natural mechanisms without altering them, which also makes them environmentally friendly.
But that's not all. We wanted to go a step further in the innovation of our new sunscreen line. In addition to providing excellent sunscreens, we've formulated cosmetics that provide beneficial and complementary properties for your skin. We've added natural active ingredients that give them antioxidant, moisturizing, regenerating, and soothing properties, among others.
